Amy provides:
Individual Therapy: 45-55 minute in-person sessions. These sessions are billed to in-network insurance plans (CPT codes: 90791, 90837, 90834). Sliding scale and out-of pocket rates are also available for those without insurance, or with plans out of network.
MSW/LMSW Supervision: Sliding scale and out-of-pocket fees are available for those seeking clinical social work supervision, either towards a license, or for those already licensed.
Workshops and Trainings; DBT Skills training groups and workshops, trainings and workshops on ACT or DBT, and trainings or workshops related to violence prevention, and bystander intervention: These requests and fees associated are considered on an individual basis.
Mediation: Amy has experience in providing sessions to couples who are interested in mediation or restorative justice issues in relation to past behaviors perceived as harmful. Careful assessment and consideration of goals and objectives are considered prior to sessions.
Cancellation Policy – No Shows – Late Arrivals
Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” will be charged the full session amount.
Please call if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. Appointment times will be held for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you will be considered a “no show”. Late arrivals will have their session customized to fit the remaining allotted session time.
